On November 14, the University of Aveiro hosted the 1st CICECO–INESC MN Exploratory Workshop, “Bridging Separation Science and Microfluidic Biosensing”. Organized by Dr. Mara G. Freire, Dr. Francisca Silva, Maria Mendes, and Paula Figueira, the workshop promoted in-depth discussions on microfluidic biosensing and novel separation strategies to enhance bioanalytical integration.

This initiative also strengthened the ongoing collaboration between CICECO and Prof. João Conde, representing INESC MN, reinforcing our commitment to promoting interdisciplinary research, fostering scientific partnerships, and exploring new avenues for innovation.
