INESC MN was present at the Técnico Open Day, held on 18 April at the Alameda campus in Lisbon, with an interactive booth engaging visitors of all ages. At the Science Fair, we had a stand showcasing wafers and microchips, offering a hands-on way to explore materials and concepts related to microelectronics and materials science, and giving visitors an overview of the work carried out in a Cleanroom.

In addition, INESC MN presented the activity “How to See What the Eyes Cannot See?”, where researchers and students demonstrated how science and technology can reveal what is normally invisible to the human eye. Through interactive experiments and explanations, visitors were introduced to these concepts in a simple and engaging way.
