Dr. Vania Silverio presented at The Envision Biomed conference, in partnership with EMBS UAveiro, on May 15, 2024. The event took place at the University of Aveiro and brought together experts and researchers in the field to explore the latest advancements and future directions in this rapidly evolving technology.

Dr. Silverio’s presentation, titled “Organ-on-Chip Engineering: What’s Next?“, provided attendees with a comprehensive overview of the current state-of-the-art in organ-on-chip technology. She shared her insights on the challenges and opportunities in the field, as well as highlighting breakthroughs and promising applications.
