The 2025 INESC Brussels HUB Summer Meeting – titled “Strategic Autonomy & Dual-Use R&I: Coherence, Capabilities & Europe’s Future” – is a high-level European event that brings together:

In the face of growing geopolitical complexity and an evolving R&I landscape, this event will foster strategic dialogue on Europe’s capacity to reinforce its strategic autonomy through:
