Recognising Scientific Excellence in Compound Semiconductors

INESC MN was pleased to participate in the WOCSDICE–EXMATEC 2025 conference, held from 16 to 20 June in Cádiz, Spain. This long-standing scientific event brings together researchers from around the world to discuss advances in the field of compound semiconductors, encouraging collaboration between senior experts and emerging scientists.

We are proud to share that Ana Sousa, representing INESC MN, was awarded the Best Poster Prize for her work entitled: “Study of RF-sputtered Ga₂O₃ Thin Films for DUV Photodetectors.”

This recognition reflects the quality and relevance of the research being developed at INESC MN, as well as our continued commitment to contributing to scientific and technological progress in advanced materials and devices.
