INESC MN was represented at the PLATHINIUM 2025 – Plasma Thin Film International Union Meeting, held in Antibes, France, from 22–26 September 2025.

On Wednesday, 24 September 2025, Filipe Favita presented a poster titled “Optimizing Resist Cleaning with Microwave Plasma Ashing for Sensor Fabrication on 200 mm Wafers”.

The PLATHINIUM conference brings together researchers and industry professionals working in low-temperature plasma and thin film processing. Filipe’s work contributes to the development of reliable processes for sensor fabrication on 200 mm wafers.
