INESC has launched the 4th edition of the Vencer o Adamastor Award, an initiative that recognizes outstanding contributions from young scientists who demonstrate scientific excellence, vision, and leadership.

Created to reflect the founding mission of INESC — established in 1980 to help overcome Portugal’s structural challenges in science and technology — this award continues to highlight the importance of science and innovation in building the country’s future.

Applications are open until October 20, 2025.
